Drift
Created by two of The Makery @ TAAG’s work experience students, Drift transforms discarded materials into a jellyfish seemingly floating through the air.
Made from a repurposed chandelier light fitting, textile scraps and colourful milk bottle lids, the sculpture gives unwanted objects a playful new life while reflecting on the growing presence of human-made materials within our oceans.
A creature of the sea, created from the things we leave behind.
